Hasucha, Christian: In the office My work in the office consists of documenting what has been done aesthetically and designing what has not yet appeared, developing and consolidating the vague and the imagined. Today, thanks to digital design possibilities, documentation and project planning can be twinned. Even the evidence of the not (yet) spatial realization of a design could be constructed. Documenting a situation always means filtering and channeling it. The documentarist determines the parameters of the sluice, the documentation medium is responsible for filtering. Thus, every documentation contains colorations and distortions that only hesitantly coincide with one's own emotional impression of what happened, but which, together with one's own memories, blend into an amalgam of attributions, deceptions, illusions and desires. The result is something OTHER, perhaps also a mental running board for FURTHER. Both documentation and projection depict virtual phases of the focused state and otherwise show themselves in their own medial wear and tear.
