Public diary

1.  The ten intervention participants from Petersburg choose conspicuous areas in the residential districts of their city.
2.  White painted stools are mounted fixedly to suitable spots.
3.  Sitting on the stools, the participants make notes daily for several hours long about the events they perceived.
4.  After a week, facsimiles of the text will be fastened to fences, poles, trees, and walls of houses in the range of view of the described area.
5.  The stool remains in that place.
